ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Spence Finlayson, known as the "Master Motivator" and "Bishop of Motivation," is the Bahamian President and CEO of The Phoenix Institute for Positive Development and Empowerment in Nassau. A graduate of St. Augustine’s College and the Bahamas Hotel Training College, he also became a certified trainer in 1988.
Finlayson has a long history of hosting motivational radio and television programs, including "The Possible Dream," "The Essence of Success," "Mind Your Own Business," "Dare to Be Great," and "In Search of Inspiration," which airs across the Caribbean, parts of North America, and the UK. With 33 years of experience leading dynamic seminars, this former track star is recognised for his ability to inspire action.
He recently appeared on National Geographic's Sharkfest and hosted the "Dare To Be Great Radio Show." A Bahamian Icon Award nominee, Finlayson currently hosts the "Immediate Response Radio and Television Show" and is the author of "Dare To Be Great" and "Phoenix Rising."
